  Beach Brawl is a great opportunity for any Martial Artist to grow and compete. The tournaments are fair, efficiently and professionally run. We love this tournament, we go every time. The competition is edge of your seat and fun to watch!!

  We had the most amazing party at Wheeles Karate for our daughter’s birthday. The children at her party ranged from 2-9 and all the children had a great time. Activities where geared towards their age
  and skills and no one was left out. There were activities for the kids from the time we arrived till when the party was over. We have received numerous comments from kids and parents that attended
  the party, that is was the best party they have ever attended. We cannot thank Sensei Chris and Kristie enough for such an amazing party. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a party!

  I really can not say enough about Wheeles Karate Academy. Chris and Kristie Wheeles always, ALWAYS go above and beyond for the families and children that walk thru their door. They treat you like

  I have been practicing karate for a while now, got my black belt about a year ago. I have learned so much from Sensei Chris and Mrs. Kristie like determination, hard-work, respect, and discipline. I
  was so excited when I first joined, being in karate really boosted my self confidence. I really want to thank my mom for letting me take this and for my Sensei's help. I've had so much fun and hope
  to keep on doing it. Best dojo ever!

  We won a month free and Gi at the Harvest Festival and thought we will just give it a try. It has become a "family" at the dojo and that makes it even better. All the children there love coming and
  leave with a smile. My children (3) have all taken. Chris is patient and makes class fun but teaches respect at the same time. Chris and Kristie go over and beyond for the students and families.

  My sons 5th birthday party was the best kid party i have ever been to. Chris and Kristie had everything planned out and the kids had a BLAST. Hunter still talks about his party and his Sensei (Chris)
  =) His party was awesome!!! That was the best way to celebrate Hunter 5th birthday.Thank you so much Chris and Kristie!!

  I have taken karate for a little over a year now and I have learned a lot in the year I've been there, i have learned discipline, patience, respect and how to defend myself, any one looking to learn
  any of these things or just something really fun to do I would highly recommend coming to train with us. Sensei Chris and Mrs Kristie really make going to the dojo fun.

  I have trained in martial arts since 1995 and in 3 different states, the gulf coast is incredibly lucky to have this dojo. Sensei Chris is awesome and his passion and knowledge is unsurpassed. He and
  Mrs Kristie are a wonderful team they teach both the adult classes and kids classes in a positive way always us to do our best. My two daughters and I have been training with them for over a year and
  we LOVE it. I would encourage anyone looking for something the family can do together to give THIS dojo a try, not only is it a great workout for all it teaches respect and a never give up attitude
  toward life.

  I am so glad that my daughter talked me into letting her take karate. Sensei and Mrs. Kristie invited me to a demo and my daughter was hooked. A month later I decided to join too. My daughter has
  learned determination, hard work, respect, and has gained so much confidence in herself. Sensei and Mrs. Kristie are such wonderful teachers who care about and dedicate their time to the kids. We
  could not have not found a better dojo then this one.

  We were looking for something for Z to do instead of city league sports. Kristie invited Joe to bring Z to a class. Joe & Z both signed up. It's hard work, but well worth it. Sensei Chris &
  Mrs. Kristie are great with all the kids.

  When we walked into Wheeles Yoshukai Karate Academy, we were just looking for a summer activity, but instead we found our daughter's passion for karate! Her studing with Sensei Chris and Ms. Kristie
  has taught her dedication and perseverance. They offer kids a great workout and teach respect and manners at the same time. I couldn't recommend their services highly enough!
